At High Learning Institute of Business Professionals. We are united and work without segregating tribe, religion, and race. Our visitors are very important for interaction, so that we learn from them and we do give and receive honestly.
High Learning Institute of Business Professionals is a College located in southern region of Uganda which was established in 1997 purposely to cater for Orphans, Needy and vulnerable students for higher Education. It’s notably that in Uganda, Masaka district was the origin of HIV/AIDS which left many people dead and others in a miserable state, as a result mostly the children were left unplanned for, helpless and needy. Thus the little resources their guardians can afford, can only make them reach secondary levels/schools which education can not make them get employed for self sustenance or independence. It was therefore, out of this context that the director decided with the little he could afford and established the college to provide them with Higher Education which can make them to get employment. This indeed has worked out since 1997 many have been trained and are now employed. As a result many have picked interest to be trained but due to lack of funds the Director decided that those with one parent still living pays some fees, and those without any parent study freely who are the biggest in number at the college. However, these orphans who join the college pleading for help have not been fully helped due to lack of finance. This has not allowed us to achieve our overall objective.
